ISTRIA, POREČ, EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY WITH PRIVATE PIER

ISTRIA, POREČ, EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY WITH PRIVATE PIER In an exceptional and rare location, right by the sea, is this unique stone building with direct access from both the road and the sea side via a private pier. The property immediately leaves an impression of a position that is difficult to repeat. The building is built of high-quality stone and has a rich history - it once served as a dock house for sailors, and later as a catering facility with accommodation facilities. Today, it represents serious potential for a luxury project in one of the most attractive locations by the sea. A project for a four-bedroom villa has been prepared and the necessary renovation permits have been obtained, and key construction works have already been completed. Thanks to its configuration and position, the building offers various possibilities - a luxury private villa, a boutique hotel, a seaside restaurant or a tourist project with a special story and identity. The property extends over a basement, ground floor, first floor and attic, and offers an open view of the sea and the bay. The future planned development of the bay according to the current spatial plan provides additional value, making this location even more interesting in the long term. Properties like this don't come on the market often - especially not with direct access to the sea and such potential. Contact us to find out more and arrange a viewing of the property.
