Stone villa with a pool in the traditional style, Istria, Poreč

The town of Poreč, one of the most beautiful pearls of the Adriatic Sea, is located on the west coast of Istria. Traces of the meeting of the Slavic, Romanesque, and Germanic worlds are visible in the relatively small peninsula where the town arose, which testify to the many changes - political, social, and ethnic - that this Istrian town has experienced in history. This beautiful traditional villa is perfectly integrated into the tranquil surroundings. The size of 250m2 on a land of 1527m2 is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor is a kitchen with a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, a pantry, and a guest toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and access to a terrace with unobstructed views of the Mediterranean greenery and nature. The villa's exterior and interior blend seamlessly, respecting the traditions of their region while retaining a modern touch. In construction and decoration, natural materials such as wood and stone were used to the maximum, so the ceiling was decorated with wooden beams and modern, discreet furniture. A stone wall surrounds the luxurious garden with various native plants, hiding this oasis from unwanted views. The garden has a covered terrace with a large, sturdy wooden table, ideal for summer meetings, a large swimming pool with sunbathing area, and a covered summer kitchen with barbecue facilities. Meat and seating are used as a dining area and a living room. There is also a secure car park with remote sliding doors. A heated floor and a heat pump were installed.
