On this floor there is one bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the pool, a storage room and a technical room on the outside of the house that allows for practical maintenance of the pool. On the first floor we have 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and associated terraces and a separate laundry room. Covered parking is located in the driveway of the house for several vehicles. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house with fan coil units in all rooms for heating/cooling. There is a chimney in the living area for installing a wood/pellet fireplace. The house is being sold fully furnished and equipped. Quality construction in a sought-after location in the center of the village in a quiet place is an ideal opportunity for your future holiday home or investment in your own tourist rental business. The property can only be viewed after signing a Broking service agreement, which forms the basis for the further process related to the purchase and sale, as well as the commission fee in accordance with the Real Estate Brokerage Law. In the case of a purchase contract, the broker fee is 3% excluding VAT and will be charged to both the buyer and the seller upon signing the preliminary contract/purchase agreement.
