Poreč, surroundings, House for renovation with additional building

In a small village, just 19 km from Poreč and the sea, there are two houses awaiting renovation. The houses are situated on a plot of land measuring 456 m², where each could have its own portion of private yard. The main house spans three levels, each measuring 53 m², totaling 159 m². The ground floor features high ceilings of over three meters, while the attic has fully usable height. From the house, there is access to a 20 m² cistern, which currently serves its primary purpose but can be converted into a cozy terrace. In front of the house, there is a yard that offers space for various amenities, such as a pool or a garden. The second house is located at the edge of the backyard and spans two levels with a total of 46 m². This house can become a separate unit with its own intimate yard, providing additional flexibility. Both houses share a common entrance through a spacious yard, allowing for easy access. The property has active water and electricity connections, facilitating the renovation process. Rustic stone walls add to the authentic charm of the space, making it ideal for decorating according to personal preferences.
