On the ground floor, there is an entrance hallway leading to a spacious living room with large glass walls, allowing for plenty of natural light and access to a covered terrace. The kitchen and dining area are envisioned as a central gathering space, and at the rear of the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are a storage room and a utility room, which is finished with rustic stone, seamlessly blending with the exterior of the house. In front of the house, there is a 32 m² swimming pool with a tiled sunbathing area, providing a space for relaxation and enjoyment outdoors.
