Modern villa with pool and sea view, Istria, Poreč

The town of Poreč, one of the most beautiful pearls of the Adriatic Sea, is located on the west coast of Istria. Traces of the meeting of the Slavic, Romanesque, and Germanic worlds are visible in the relatively small peninsula where the town arose, which testify to the many changes - political, social, and ethnic - that this Istrian town has experienced in history. The villa with beautiful sea views will be located on the outskirts of Poreč on a total land area of 958 m2. Its total area will be 323.50 m2. The villa is distributed over three floors. The basement will have a gym, sauna, technical room, storage, and a separate garage. Stone stairs lead to the first floor; we go through the corridor to the spacious living room, dining room, open-plan kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and toilet. The living room leads directly to a covered terrace overlooking the sea. On the second floor, there are four more spacious bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, and the other two will have shared bathrooms. On the roof is a pergola-covered terrace with stunning views of the sea and the villa's location. The sea is also visible from the second floor. Large glass walls will be installed throughout the villa, allowing the majority of sunlight to contribute to the space, giving the area a significant light source. The house will be heated by underfloor heating and air conditioners, also used to cool hot summer days. The garden in front of the house will be planted and decorated with Mediterranean plants, and a large swimming pool occupies the center of the park with a solarium allowing you to enjoy the hot summer days fully. There is also a summer kitchen in the courtyard. Restaurants, schools, kindergartens, post offices, shops, churches, and paths for walking or cycling in nature are not far from this place. Poreč and the beaches are just 12 km away. The first beaches and tourist camps are just 9 km from the site.
