However, with the sale to the new owner, who with his dedication and enthusiasm returned the estate to its old glory, the estate shone again and was adapted to all 21st century standards. The old house was completely demolished, except for the basement, and a completely new house was built in its place, retaining the main stylistic and traditional features of the construction of that area. The house is thermally insulated by installing a high-quality thermal facade and has an energy certificate B. Doors, windows, floors and all woodwork are made of original materials that were used when the house was built. The second auxiliary building consists of a barn, the upper floor of which has been turned into a separate room for socializing, especially pleasant in the hot summer months. The ground floor consists of three service rooms, two of which are storage rooms for tools and equipment for property maintenance, and the third is a pantry equipped with a showcase refrigerator and freezer. In the extension of the conservatory, a closed covered terrace was built, equipped with a bread oven, barbecue and hearths for kettles, winter heaters, a bar with electricity and water connections, and benches and tables with a capacity for 60 people. A 4 x 8 m swimming pool has been built within the property, equipped with the most modern pool technology and automatic water filtration, as well as an area for deckchairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying warm days. Next to the swimming pool there is a covered parking lot and a fully equipped children's playground. In the continuation of the property, there is an orchard with approx. 250 fruit and nut trees, a bio garden and a compost bin. The entire property is paved with the original old brick, surrounded by an old oak fence, and the original entrance fence and gate dating back to 1882 and custom-made in Mohac, has been restored and modernized with an electric drive for opening.
