1.723 ISTRIA,LABIN,NEWLY BUILT VILLA WITH SEA VIEW This imposing villa with a swimming pool is located in a small, idyllic village in eastern Istria, surrounded by the greenery of the Istrian macchia and the forest that merges with the sea. This house has 200 m2 of living space, which is made up of a perfect blend of modern and natural materials, located in an ideal location from which the view of the sea, Kvarner, the islands of Cres, Lošinj and Rijeka extends. It is a breathtaking view, so the architects skillfully framed it in a glass wall located on the facade of the house and extending over both floors. The ground floor is dominated by an open space in which the living area is located: kitchen, dining room and living room, which, by opening the glass walls, turns into a large terrace in the summer, thus uniting the interior and exterior of the house. On the same floor there is a toilet, wardrobe, laundry room and two storage rooms. Leaving the house on this cascade, there is a paved terrace and a multifunctional space with an outdoor living room, which is followed by a sunbathing area and an overflow pool. Part of the garden is enriched with green lawns and Istrian indigenous plants. There is also a corner with an outdoor summer kitchen. Going up the central stairs, we reach the first floor where, through a spacious hallway, we enter the night area, which consists of three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to an outdoor covered terrace with a view of the beautiful blue sea. In addition to the exceptional architecture, beautiful appearance and quality, the uniqueness of this house is that it is only a few minutes' drive away from beautiful beaches. Due to its location, proximity to the sea and all amenities, this property is excellent for personal enjoyment and relaxation, but also as an investment for tourism that would return the invested funds.
