House Ostrožin, Gvozd, 110m2

We could list all the things there are here until tomorrow, but what is definitely missing are the neighbors - most clients who are looking for a property with huge areas first ask how far the nearest neighbor is - a private valley and forest with neighbors 1km away - the possibility of grazing - becoming a forest owner in the true sense of the word - a stream on the property - power from a spring - new electricity poles - forest paths - 3 outbuildings with the possibility of conversion into accommodation facilities - 1ha in the construction zone - the most beautiful property in the wider area and a unique opportunity to approach your own house in the style of the old series "Dynasty", that was what went through our minds as we approached this property - the vision is there, the potential is there too - mushrooms have started, plums have been picked, there are still some apples - it's waiting there if you are a hunter or want to observe wild animals in a natural environment - maybe you have a tourist business in mind - 19.4 ha is immediately available - 8000 m2 in the construction zone - 2 house numbers - adjoining plots with state forest - 6ha cleared and properly maintained - 1/1 ownership - viewing available with prior appointment at 099/850-6552 with Danica Lovrić who especially recommends this property and cannot praise it enough - check out why
