House Gvozd, 180m2

If you are looking for rural peace with a lot of well-built storage space, you might consider moving to the nearby surroundings of the town of Vrginmost. Paved access road, chestnut forests nearby - suitable for beekeepers! Otherwise, peaceful neighbourhood, environment rich in porcini mushrooms, game, and forest fruits, free elementary school van transport. The house itself has a basement with a summer kitchen, garage, boiler room (there used to be central heating), and an internal staircase connecting all floors. The first floor consists of a spacious covered terrace, wide hallway, bathroom, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms - plus 2 balconies. The high attic consists of one large room, the roof is in solid condition, held together by excellent quality chestnut timber. The electricity is three-phase, the flooring is oak, and a bonus - an extra wine cellar under the terrace. The farm buildings include a good shed and a sturdy stable with 2 partitions, into which free plumbing has also been installed. The few utilities here are not high, there is currently no neighbour, the yard is spacious but not too large to maintain. The last, but also important information is that we are selling the neighbouring property as well, with an excellent legalized small house and 5 hectares of agricultural land.
