House Crevarska Strana, Gvozd, 60,80m2

Newly renovated house next to an asphalt road, with its own driveway and fenced yard. 5.7 Ha of agricultural land in the nature of arable land, meadows, pastures and forests, and most of the land continues to the yard. The soil is suitable for cattle breeding or planting, it has not been treated for many years and organic farming is possible. The plots are rich in forest fruits, and the local pickers of chestnuts and porcini mushrooms fix the household budget here. The house itself also has a dry basement with new plumbing installed. The building is connected to the village water supply from the spring on Petrova Gora and the only cost is the occasional subsidy for the maintenance of the pipeline, and the water itself is not paid and there is always it. The house consists of a hallway, bedroom, living room and kitchen with pantry and terrace. There is also a hayloft that can serve as a garage. There are few neighbours and they are not close.
