House Gornja Trstenica, Gvozd, 170m2

An opportunity to move to the countryside to a house that is a good investment considering the size of the property. In the middle of untouched nature is this spacious construction that has begun. It may seem like there is a lot of work to do here, but if you look at it as a property that has ready firewood, fence posts and wilderness in the surroundings that can stand as such for a few more years until you plan the repairs and layout of the rooms at your discretion, don't wait too long to book a viewing appointment because all the more affordable properties in the wider area have been sold out due to the growing trend of investing in land. The property is attached to a garage and on the ground floor there is preparation for 4 rooms and a hallway that separates them. The first floor, with approximately 72m2 of living space, also has a terrace. There is also a high attic. The property is marked and is located on a building plot of 1716m2. The entire property covers 18015m2 in one piece, which also includes the forest. It is located 500m from the paved road and approximately 1 km from the local shop. Electricity and water connections are right in front of the plot. It is 60km from Zagreb and the place itself is inhabited mainly by retirees and weekenders.
