1. About the service

Find by RealEstateCroatia.com (Find) is a property search engine for Croatia, operated by [company name, address, VAT ID] (we, us). Listings are published by real estate agencies through the RealEstateCroatia.com system; Find displays them and forwards your inquiries, but is neither a broker nor a party to any sale or rental.

2. Listing information

Price, area, description, photos and location are entered by the agency, which is responsible for them. The location on the map may be approximate (shown as a circle). Please verify the details with the agency before making a decision.

3. Inquiries

• An inquiry about a listing or an agency is forwarded to that agency.
• A “We search for you” inquiry goes to the RealEstateCroatia.com team, who forward it to agencies with properties in the location you name.
• You must provide accurate contact details. Unsolicited, promotional or abusive messages are not allowed.

4. User account

An account is optional: saved properties, agencies and searches also work without one, stored in your browser. With an account they are available on all your devices. You are responsible for keeping your password secret. You can delete your account at any time on the “My Profile” page.

5. AI search

AI search automatically turns your description into search filters. The result may be incomplete or inaccurate — please check the filters that were applied.

6. Acceptable use

Automated collection of content (scraping), circumventing security checks or limits, and any interference with the service are prohibited. Partners can access data through an API by agreement.

7. Content rights

Listing texts and photos belong to the agencies. The design, software and other content of Find belong to us and may not be used without permission.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for the accuracy of listings, for dealings between you and agencies, or for temporary unavailability of the service, except as required by law.

9. Changes

We may change these terms; the date of the last change is shown on this page. By continuing to use Find you accept the changed terms.
