Building land near the sea

A plot of land with an area of 733 m2 is for sale, only 40 meters from the sea. The property is located in the surroundings of newly built villas, only about 30 kilometers from the center of Zadar. The land has all the necessary infrastructure, water, electricity, sewage and an access road. The land is located on elevated ground, so the property in front does not block the view. The property overlooks the sea and the beautiful Velebit mountain range. There is a supermarket, restaurants and cafes nearby.
