Croatia, Orebić, apartment house with a fantastic view of Korčula

Angelus nekretnine offers for sale an apartment house in Kućište near Orebić LOCATION Kućište, once a small fishing village, is now an attractive tourist center which, along with Viganj, is the center of water adrenaline sports and successfully extends the season every year. The place is located in the southwest of the Pelješac peninsula under the hill of Sveti Ilija, which is a favorite destination for hiking in this part of Croatia. It is only 5 kilometers from Orebić, so all amenities for quality housing or a tourist stay are very close. The proximity of the island of Korčula, as well as the construction of the new Pelješac bridge, makes this location even more attractive. The house was built in 1984, the interior was renovated in 2017 for the needs of tourist rental, during which part of the opening was replaced from wooden to PVC. The eastern facade was recently completely renovated. The house is for rent and, as such, represents a wise long-term investment due to its position and proximity to the beach, which is only a two-minute walk away.
