Tribunj, building land surrounded by family houses

This kind of land is a real rarity on the market! The land is 600 m from the center and the sea. It has a regular shape and a total area of 490 m2. It is located along a slightly busy road and in a quiet environment of family houses. Water and electricity pass by the land, as well as an arranged access road. This land is ideal for all those who want to build a family house in Tribunj. Tribunj is a small Dalmatian town and port in the middle Adriatic. Although it has turned to tourism in recent decades, it still retains the charm of a small and authentic Dalmatian town. The old core of Tribunj with its characteristic stone houses is located on an islet connected to the mainland by a stone bridge. Tribunj has two city beaches and a built promenade to Sovlje on one side and nearby Vodice on the other. In the hinterland there are organized hiking and cycling trails. Tribunj has a diverse catering offer, and considering the large fishing fleet, the restaurant offer always offers fresh fish. The national parks of Krka and Kornati are nearby, as well as the city of Sibenik, and the airport is only an hour's drive away. Contact our agent and schedule your tour.
