Poreč area, Beautiful building plot with a project

I present to you this beautiful building plot in a special location, located in a quiet village only 16 km from Poreč and beautiful beaches. The land has a regular shape and is intended exclusively for residential use, with a total area of 710 m2. It is located at the very edge of the construction zone, which guarantees you privacy and a wonderful view of nature. The process of obtaining a building permit for the construction of a beautiful family house with a swimming pool is currently underway. The planned building will have a total residential net area of 115 m2 with a swimming pool of 38 m2. The project and utility contributions have already been paid, so it is expected that all the documentation necessary for the start of construction will be ready soon. It is important to emphasize that all the necessary infrastructure is already located in the immediate vicinity of the land, which facilitates connection to water and electricity. Access to the land is easy with about a hundred meters of neat macadam road that connects to the main Poreč-Pazin road. This property represents excellent value for money and offers everything you need to make your future dream home a reality. Whether you are looking for a peaceful retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life or looking for an investment opportunity, this property is sure to meet and exceed all your expectations, providing you with the perfect combination of luxury and an idyllic Mediterranean setting.
