For sale Brač Sumartin construction land 1st row by the sea

Brač, Sumartin, unique building (residential) plot of 5.000 m2 in the first row to the sea. The land is ideal for building two villas; one goes in the first row and the other is planned in the second row from the sea. The spatial plan provides for an access road across the middle of the plot (it intersects) so that two plots can be formed. An access road, a local road, has already been formed in front of the land, along the sea. The land has a regular rectangular shape. Ownership 1/1. www.biliskov.com ID 13230-1
