The ground floor of the house consists of a living and dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway and an internal staircase leading to the upper floor. Prior to the entrance of the house is a nice terrace that can be used for sunbathing, coffee breaks or even dining in the fresh breezy air. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, a bathroom, an anteroom and a balcony overlooking the bay. The entire property exudes a warm atmosphere and a lovely authentic look. With a stone facade and distinctive green shutters, this property perfectly reflects traditional Dalmatian family houses. The interior is adorned with the same inviting and “home like ambience”, with the fact that it contains everything necessary for a pleasant stay. It should also be noted that the house has its own mooring for boats in the bay, while car parking is rented in an area about 70 meters from the house.
