Villas Motovun, 100m2

Kaiser Immobilien presents a house for sale in a quiet place with only a few houses, and a fabulous view of the surrounding hills is offered from every corner of the property. The main characteristics are maximum use of space, natural and authentic materials. Respecting traditional indigenous values and the architecture of Istrian heritage, a real little paradise was created from an old stone Istrian house, with an elegant and functionally designed interior and exterior. Istrian stone and new technologies were used during the reconstruction. All surfaces in the house and the pool were made with concrete technique. Built-in elements and cabinets made of oak wood were made to measure. Underfloor heating, air conditioning and a fireplace were installed. The house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. On the ground floor there is also a sauna with a beautiful view of nature and the surrounding hills. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the fenced plot with a view there is a heated pool of 24 m² and a sunbathing area. Privacy and location make this property an ideal opportunity for a quiet family life as well as for an investment for the purpose of tourist rental. We invite you to view the property and are at your disposal for professional support in the purchase. Brokerage services and associated fees are determined according to the valid price list of the Agency, contracted services and the provisions of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
