Kaiser immobilien exclusively mediates the sale of a unique plot of land, first row to the sea, on the southwestern part of the island of Krk. In terms of nature, it is a plot of land with an area of 110,000 m2, which is dominated by holm oak, it is south-oriented and gently slopes down to the sea itself. The view from the land reaches all the way to Cres, Plavnik and the islands of the Rab archipelago. The land has access and is bounded by a dry wall, an ancient masonry technique without the use of mortar. Also, there is a possibility to buy neighboring plots of 25,000m2 and 37,000m2. These plots are offered exclusively at the Kaiser immobilien agency! The island of Krk is one of the sunniest parts of Europe with 2,500 hours of sunshine a year. The variety of relief and favorable climatic conditions have contributed to the development of approximately 1,400 different plant species. The central and western part of the island is dominated by forests, cultivated crops of Mediterranean fruits and vegetables, vineyards and olive groves. The southwestern part of the island of Krk is made up of a terraced coast that slopes gently towards the sea, and a mild climate protected from the north wind - bura, and the westernmost part is the area called Šotovento. Šotovento includes 10 settlements located at the foot of several hills that protect it from the storm, which is why it got its name (Italian: Soto vento – under the wind, leeward).
