Istria, Rovinj Rovinj is a city that year after year attracts more and more visitors, as well as people who decide to live in the Mediterranean region. A step away from the old town center and near all facilities and beautiful beaches and promenades, there is an older multi-apartment building, where the apartment for sale has found its place. Nearby there is a shop and all necessary facilities for life. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the aforementioned building, and has an approximate square footage of 60m2 and consists of a living room, a kitchen, two lighted bedrooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is a small loggia that is illuminated most days. Heating and cooling is done through a high-quality air conditioner, while there is also a thermal stove for heating.
