A complex of old houses for sale in Istria, excellent location, Istria, Croatia

A complex of several residential premises, a house in the center of Istria for renovation and construction, consists of several residential units, of different sizes and layouts, located in the same complex of residential premises, in a quiet environment, with a view of the nearby fields or nature. The revitalization of the buildings, which can be intended for rent or sale, has begun, and the new owners or tenants could be motivated to create a modern and comfortable living space that would retain some of the original characteristics and charm of the old house, such as stone walls or wooden floors.
