Omis properties - Large apartment house with a beautiful view of the sea, near Omis, for sale

We mediate in the sale of a spacious apartment house located in a small tourist settlement not far from Omis. The property consists of a four-floor house with separate residential units and its own parking lot with a garage placed on the adjacent plot. The house has about 401 m2 of living space divided between the basement, ground floor and two upper floors. It is important to note that each floor includes terraces, loggias and/or balconies with a view of the sea and the island of Brac. Directly opposite the house is a plot intended for car parking, with 5 outdoor parking spaces and a garage for 2 cars. In the basement of the house is an apartment with one bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The inner part occupies about 84 m2, while the terrace is about 33 m2. On the ground floor there are four bedrooms with private bathrooms, a small kitchen, a storage space and a large terrace with a direct view of the sea. The inner part occupies about 114 m2, while the open terrace is about 103 m2. At the back of the ground floor is a courtyard with a fireplace. The first floor is occupied by an apartment of about 110 m2 with two bedrooms, a bathroom, two balconies and a loggia. On the second floor is an apartment of about 93 m2 of living space with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a balcony, a loggia and a terrace. All apartments are furnished and air-conditioned, and the house itself is equipped with central heating and solar collectors for hot water. The house is of quality construction (most of the facade is covered with stone) and has been carefully maintained, but it would definitely benefit from a modern refurbishment.
