ISTRIA, RAKALJ - Building land 2405 m2 + Agricultural land 7540 m2 as a whole with a sea view. In Raklja, on Mate Balote Street, we are selling this beautiful building plot, partly in dry stone, which together with another agricultural plot makes up a whole of almost 10,000 m2. The terrain has a nice gentle slope towards the north-east, and an open view towards the sea and the old Kastel. At the moment, the geodetic survey is being prepared, and all boundaries will be placed on the ground. There are 2 power poles on the ground that will need to be moved during construction, but this does not reduce the possibilities of construction. The infrastructure is located next to the field, ownership and all documentation are in order.
