.::: Building land in Bogdanovići near Šibenik :::. Near the village of Bogdanovići, close to Šibenik, there is a building plot with a total area of 4,473sqm. The land is flat and overgrown with bushes and low trees. A partial sale is also possible with the fact that approximately 780sqm is in the built-up construction zone, while the rest is in the undeveloped construction zone and we have to wait for a new vote on the Urban Development Plan. The plot has a road on both sides. There are also houses nearby, so all infrastructure is present. Jadrija and Srima are about 2.9km away, and Šibenik is about 3.5km away. Tour of the property is available by prior arrangement and appointment booking (two days in advance). Please specify ID number of the property when contacting us. Looking forward to your call.
