Next to the house there is an old stone house of approx. 50m2 that needs complete renovation. The house has potential for tourist rental or even conversion into a garage. The house needs renovation, but due to the proximity of the old center of Trogir, which is 700m away from the house, and the tourist attractions that adorn that city, and the good connection with the airport, which is 6km away, the house has great potential. It is 27 km from Split, and all the necessary facilities for life are in the immediate vicinity.
