Rogoznica, a beautiful stone house with a restaurant

Beautiful stone house for sale, located in a prime position, on the waterfront of a popular tourist destination in central Dalmatia, with a total area of 277 m2. The house consists of a ground floor (127m2), first (75m2) and second floor (75m2), and each floor has its own spacious terrace with a view of the sea. The house is currently designed as a traditional restaurant on two floors, while on the top floor there is a decorated two-room apartment with a beautiful terrace, ideal for carefree enjoyment. The interior of the house retains the traditional Dalmatian style of decoration, i.e., a combination of stone and wood, so that the entire space exudes a special old-fashioned atmosphere, to which visitors especially react and which they sincerely enjoy. During the colder months, the house has the option of using a large wood-burning fireplace, the size of which is sufficient to heat the entire lower floor, where the living room and reception rooms, the kitchen and the dining room would be located, while the upper floors would be reserved for bedrooms (if the future owner gave up his catering business and arranged the house exclusively as a residential unit). A very interesting offer considering the various possibilities and potential that the position itself carries. Certainly, it is important to note that the house has been completely renovated, that during the renovation, the domicile’s quality natural materials were used, and that care was taken to ensure that every detail was integrated with the whole idea of Dalmatian romance. Considering the current condition and development potential of the place where it is located, this property represents a quality investment that will always retain its special charm and beauty. In addition to this property, it is also possible to buy a completely renovated stone house on three floors, with a total living area of 185 m2, which you can view in more detail under reference number 2016/516, and which is located in the immediate vicinity of this property.
