Ciovo properties - House for renovation on a spacious plot, close to the sea and a beach, for sale

We are offering a house built on a plot of about 970 m2, located about 110 meters from the sea and a beach, which is just a 3-minute walk. This house for renovation currently has two floors and an exit to a roof terrace, but it is possible to build two more floors and a swimming pool in the spacious yard. The house has a gross area of 390 m2 and has been prepared for renovation in such a way that all internal walls have been demolished. According to the previous layout, the house contained five separate residential units, a garage and a storage room. Given the generous options for upgrades on the house itself and the courtyard, this property offers a lot of potential. Depending on the wishes of the new owner, it can be equally well arranged into a luxurious family cottage as well as into a multi-apartment building for tourist rental. Additional amenities (such as a swimming pool, a sun deck, a summer kitchen, etc.), cultivated green areas and a large parking space can easily be accommodated on the spacious exterior. This part of Ciovo is characterized by an indented coastline with many beautiful bathing spots, from pebble to stone beaches. It is a great place for families with small children and lovers of a quiet vacation because it is at a comfortable distance from the more crowded parts of the island, but still close to the necessary facilities. The very center of the historic town of Trogir is only about a 12-minute drive away.
