Pazin, house with wellness in the city center

In the center of Pazin, close to the old town, we are selling a newly renovated terraced house with an indoor pool and a yard. The house consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor and has a total living area of 110 m2. The floor represents the night area with two bedrooms and one shared bathroom. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with access to a covered terrace. At the current stage, the basement is not completely finished, and the plan is a wellness area with exercise equipment. An indoor pool of 15 m2, a sauna and exercise equipment are planned, but the future owner can certainly choose the purpose of this room. There is also a 70 m2 yard and parking for two cars. The house was completely renovated in 2022, and the owners managed to keep a touch of tradition with a combination of modernity in the interior design, which makes this property extremely comfortable to live in. The issue of heating and cooling is solved with an installed air conditioner, and there is also the possibility of installing a wood or pellet stove. The property is ideal for tourist rental as an excellent starting point for exploring the natural beauties of Istria, which are located in the surroundings of this homeland, with the possibility of a pleasant vacation in the wellness area. In addition, we can also imagine it as a property for permanent living, given that all essential amenities are within walking distance.
