Istria, Svetvinčenat – Istrian Estate

RE/MAX Centar nekretnina highlights from its offer a beautiful small Istrian estate, with three properties and a central courtyard, located in the very center of the village of Režanci, municipality of Svetvinčenat. The estate, with a surface area of 1181 m², consists of two plots. On one plot of 655 m² there are 3 houses. The second building plot of 526 m² can serve as additional garden space, a place for a pool, or additional facilities. All three houses are designed to have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and kitchen together, and a large shared courtyard. Each house has an area of around 80 m². Above the entrance vault there is a house of 82 m², west-oriented, which requires renovation. The second house, which is south-oriented on the parcel, is completely renovated. This house is also around 80 m², and is special because from the first floor there is access to a terrace with a beautiful old cistern. Through the same courtyard you reach the third house, located to the southwest, whose walls and first phase of the base are completed, and it needs to be finished. On the adjoining plot connected to the estate, a pool can be built, and if you want a larger property, the owner is also selling separately the neighbouring plot of 1882 m². This special property, with traditional Istrian charm, unique architecture, location, and concept, offers future owners many options. A B&B concept, houses for rent, or a wonderful oasis for rest and gatherings. Good microlocation: Svetvinčenat 6 km Pula 20 km Beach 17 km
