Brac properties - Apartment villa with a beautiful courtyard boasting sea views, for sale

We are selling a wonderful villa with four elegantly furnished apartments and a beautifully appointed courtyard with a swimming pool and a summer kitchen. The villa is placed on a spacious, fenced plot just about 180 meters from the clear blue sea. The villa has 250 m2 of space and it comprises four apartments, of which two are studio apartments and two duplex apartments. The studio apartments are located on the lower ground floor, while the two-bedroom duplex apartments occupy the upper ground floor and the first floor. Next to the studio apartments is a garage that is currently arranged as an additional staff apartment. On the outside of this excellent property there is a swimming pool (with hydrolysis and heating), two sunbathing areas, an outdoor shower, two pergolas covered with greenery, a summer kitchen, lounge area with a swing and a childrens playground. Furthermore, the exterior is adorned with an abundance of lush Mediterranean vegetation from flowers, shrubs, trees and even climbing plants. Every part of this enchanting villa has been carefully designed so that the space is fully utilised. It is also appointed in a way that makes it fit perfectly into the surrounding environment. Accordingly, the owners decided to use autochthonous Brac stone, recognizable green shutters and orange roofing typical for Dalmatian houses. The interior of each apartment is also appointed with elements of wood and stone and plenty of decorations for a pleasant home-like feeling.
