Beautiful stone villa 250m from the sea, Ciovo

We mediate in the sale of a renovated and traditionally decorated stone villa in the old part of a charming village on Ciovo. The area of the villa is 300m2, and it also offers a very spacious exterior of 220m2. The villa consists of a ground floor, the first floor and attic. On the ground floor there is a space intended for business purposes and is currently not completely finished, just so that the future owner would have more options available. On the first floor there are two one-bedroom apartments, each with a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with kitchen. The attic offers a very spacious two-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, a living room and a modern kitchen. The attic also has a balcony with a soothing view of the surrounding area. Within the garden there is a small stone house that is decorated like a charming fireplace, ideal for socializing. There is also a covered cistern with a terrace. We additionally emphasize the real attraction of this property: an underground space all in stone that can be arranged as a jacuzzi or wellness. The house is in autochthonous condition, but it has been well renovated and reconstructed (reinforced statics, new roof, stone facade). It is a truly unique stone villa that is carefully furnished and decorated with unique details of old Dalmatia and whose interior and exterior provide a number of opportunities for a peaceful vacation and tourist purposes.
