OPPORTUNITY!!! Attractive old stone house with a spacious garden in the center of Makarska

OPPORTUNITY!!! Attractive old stone house with a spacious garden in the center of Makarska for sale. The house has 250 m2 spreading over two floors and a low attic. Great advantage of this house is a spacious garden / yard of 443 m2, which is also in construction zone (dark yellow zone). It is possible to keep it as a garden, as those are pretty hard to come by in the old Makarska town center, or one can build another house with accompanying facilities (swimming pool, summer kitchen or restaurant) if you would like to use this property for tourism purpose and make all amenities necessary for successful tourism business available. This property is ideal for a boutique hotel. All floors of the house are connected by an internal staircase. The house requires complete renovation as it was built over a century ago, but it has very good structure. It is an excellent example of traditional Dalmatian architecture in a small seaside town. Its prime location places it very close to the main town square and the church of St. Mark, only a short walk (50 meters) to the Makarska waterfront promenade. Restaurants, cafes, shops, museums and galleries are a few steps from the house. Public parking is available nearby. The house has great business potential. Ownership 1/1. The brokerage fee is calculated in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
