House for sale with 3 fully-furnished floors, location ideal for business purposes

We mediate in the sale of an attractive apartment house located in a location ideal for business, in Supetar on Brac. The property is completely renovated and it consists of 4 separate and fully furnished 4 * apartments with a well-established rental business during the tourist season. Total usable area of the house is 315 sqm and it consists of a basement, a ground floor, the first floor and the attic. In the basement there is a one-bedroom apartment. The ground floor contains one spacious three-bedroom apartment and another studio apartment. On the first floor is another spacious three-bedroom apartment. The attic floor is unfurnished, and it contains a part of the central heating equipment (part of the system regarding the solar collectors) and storage space; this space can be upgraded, for which a building permit was obtained for the upgrade of the 2nd floor with two apartments, total Gross Building Area 108 sqm. The house is placed on a plot of 637 sqm which includes 6 parking spaces and a landscaped garden with automatic irrigation system. There is also a spacious ground floor terrace of almost 70 sqm with an open barbecue and another smaller terrace of 16 sqm in front of the studio apartment. The one-bedroom apartment in the basement also has its own terrace of approx. 18 sqm. Both three-bedroom apartments have their own balconies facing the sea, each approx. 12 sqm. The house has significant additional potential, primarily due to its location in the immediate vicinity of the commercial and business zone "Žedno Drage". Another important advantage is in the form of possible upgrades of the property - there is the possibility of expanding to a part of the neighboring land plot to the east, i.e. to the main road, which is owned by other persons. Given the position of the building on the plot, it is also possible to ensure the construction of a swimming pool, which would also add significant value and tourist potential.
