Omis properties - Spacious apartment house on a large plot just above a beach, Omis surroundings, for sale

We are offering a unique property located in a wonderful environment full of lush Mediterranean vegetation, only about 50 meters from the sea and a small beach that enjoys peace and privacy. It is a house with four levels and with a total of eight separate accommodation units as well as a shared dalmatian “konoba”. The house has a total gross area of about 650 m2 and is located on a plot of land with a total area of about 1,540 m2, on which it is possible to build another house. Thanks to the natural slope and configuration of the terrain, both buildings would have a view of the sea. The existing object is an apartment house that can accommodate a total of 18 guests in eight apartments (six of which are one-bedroom and two are two-bedroom). All apartments are furnished, equipped and decorated and have their own terrace or loggia that allows you to enjoy the fresh air and wonderful view. In addition to the apartments, there is also a dalmatian “konoba” as a common space where guests can socialize while preparing and tasting local specialties. Regarding the parking, a plan for a large parking lot has been developed, but that space is currently not arranged. A property of this character primarily represents an investment and business opportunity. Considering that further construction is possible on the land, the new owner has the option of enriching the existing building with additional facilities or building another one in order to expand the accommodation capacity. The tourist potential is also excellent due to the location itself, since the house is placed right above a charming small beach and is surrounded by an abundance of pure nature. Essential amenities such as a convenience store and several restaurants, pizzerias and bars are in the immediate vicinity, so a pleasant stay is guaranteed.
