Brac properties – Detached apartment house in Supetar, for sale

We are mediating the sale of a detached house located in Supetar on the island of Brac, approximately a 10-minute walk from the sea and a beach. The property comprises four apartments and an established tourist rental business, allowing the future owner to easily take over and continue operations. The house is situated on a plot of approx. 640 m2 and extends over three levels with a total area of around 266 m2, with the possibility of adding another level, for which a project has already been prepared. The property contains four furnished and fully equipped apartments. Two larger apartments feature three bedrooms and two bathrooms each, while the remaining two smaller units are arranged as a studio apartment and a one-bedroom apartment. The larger apartments on the ground floor and first floor have access to terraces and balconies with sea views. All apartments are air-conditioned and ready for use. Parking for up to six cars is provided in front of the main entrance. The outdoor area is arranged in a Mediterranean style with cultivated greenery and includes a fireplace (grill) and an outdoor dining area. There is also an auxiliary building on the plot – a garden house housing the central heating system (fuel oil) and a solar system, while solar panels are installed on the roof of the house.
