LAND PLOT ON A HILL

Situated on an elevated position offering a captivating view of the surroundings and the rolling green hills, this spacious plot of land provides a truly exceptional setting. Located on the edge of the village, it offers remarkable peace, privacy, and virtually no traffic. The plot is accessible from two sides: via an asphalt road from the lower side and a gravel road from the upper side. About the Location Šušnjevica is a small village in the eastern part of the Istria County, within the municipality of Kršan. Its history reaches back to prehistoric and Roman times, and it was once part of the Kožljak estate. The first written mention of the village dates to 1340. In 1922, during Italian administration, it became the center of the municipality due to its unique language and cultural heritage. Today, the village is known for its annual festival “Fešta od Šušnjevice,” dedicated to preserving the Istro-Romanian language, traditions, and customs. Visitors can enjoy traditional music, dances, costumes, local food, and handicrafts, making the festival a distinctive cultural experience.
