Brac, building land for sale, 75.000 €

We are pleased to be agents invited to sell this building land overlooking the sea, on the northwest side of Brac island. It is located within the residential construction zone, set among some low density housing. We are informed planning permission can be obtained to construct a villa or set of apartments with 3 floors (basement, ground floor and first floor). The land is a square shape and well located. It is ideal to build a small villa and already has all the infrastructure next to the plot. There are only a few houses in the neighbourhood and it is close to the traditional vegetation found in this region of the island. 700 m from the sea, 500 m to the village centre, 10 km to the ferry port, 25 km from the airport.
