All rooms have air conditioning units for heating/cooling (living room 5 kW, the rooms 2kW each), and the living room also has a massive fireplace. The entire parcel is a building land and has an area of 2000m2, which is mostly forested, only a minor part of it in front of the house has been cleaned and is now grassy, with a swimming pool of 56m2 and a summer kitchen.
