Rogoznica, house for sale, 1.699.000 €

We have this heavily discounted property: facing south, in a quiet bay, with great views of the sea and only 50 meters from the beach. It is situated close to the sea, where it is safe for swimming and for children to play in the water. The nearest village is only a few minutes cycling along the sea path where there are coffee shops, bars and other essential services. The airport is under 30 km, and the main centre for historic and cultural activities is Trogir, which is about 15 minutes by car. The property consists of a plot of 858 m2, which is enough for this substantial building of 4 floors plus a swimming pool and adequate private parking spaces. The living area inside the building is 389 m2. The house consists of ground floor, first, second and third floor. Ground floor is 60 m2, consisting of kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are two apartments each 60 m2. Each apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Each has access to a large balcony of 15 m2. On the second floor is a spacious and light 3 bedroom apartment with a large balcony area of 30 m2, and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the bay. The third (top) is a flat surface at the moment, but is is planned as big studio apartment of 40 m2 with a large terrace on which it was planned to build in Jacuzzi. This floor provides the best atmosphere since it provides a view of the open sea and the bay. The house has all the necessary infrastructure (electricity, city water, septic tank), already installed. This property is really for builders and investors but help can be given to someone wanting an exciting project with great financial upside and who doesn't have experience working in Croatia.
