New family house near Umag and just 150m from the sea. It was built in 2009. The plot is 709m2, and the house has 300m2. It consists of basement(just 20m2), groundfloor and 1st floor. There are 2 apartments on the Groundfloor. Actually, an apartment and a studio, but together they form one big apartment 130m2, with entrance hall, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, toilet and terrace. On the 1st floor there is a balcony with it`s own entrance, and 2 apartments. One is 65m2 and the other is 68m2. Both have entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace with great sea view. All the apartments have the categorization for rent. Each apartment is furnished with high quality furniture, italian kitchen, shower with massage and sauna...the pavements are mostly everywhere oak parquets, the windows and the doors are from wood, the shutters are of aluminium, and the stairs, the sills of the windows and many other details in the house are made of a very expensive stone from the island of Brač. The isolation of the house is higher than the standard, so it`s not necessary to heat too much during the winter, and is very comfortable in summer even without air-cons. Heating is on radiators on oil and on air-cons. There is a nice loggia in the garden, made of wooden beams, that has outside kitchen, barbeque and water. It`s ideal for summer evenings in good company. There is room for a swimming pool in the garden, and 2,3 cars can be parked in front of the house. The electric gate of the entrance is made of steel. The beach near the house is very nice, with clean water, and there is also a place for nudism very close to the house. The hotel Kempinski is in the neighbourhood, with golf courts and a lot of other supporting contents( tennis courts, gym, pools, basket courts, football courts..).
