Korčula and Orebić are only a few minutes away, so you get the peace of a small village and everything you need nearby. In front of the house there is a swimming pool with a sun deck, surrounded by palm trees and oleanders, along with a jacuzzi and a terrace with a barbecue. Part of the terrace is covered by a pergola with louvers that open and close, so the space is pleasant in both sun and rain. Behind the house there is an additional seating terrace. The entire property is fenced and finished in stone. This is an old house that has been completely renovated, and during the renovation all the stone details were preserved, based on the old house that once stood here.
