Modern house by the sea with a pool - Prižba, Korčula

In one of the particularly beautiful locations on the southern side of the island of Korčula, in Prižba, this house is situated in the second row to the sea, with direct access to the coast and an open view of the sea, nearby islets, and the island of Lastovo. The location of the house provides exactly what makes Prižba so valued - peace, the sea just a few steps away, an open view, and a feeling of complete connection with the Mediterranean landscape. Access to the sea is via stairs, allowing for easy and immediate access to the coast. The house is designed to already provide the possibility of use for tourist rental, while its upper part is currently under construction. The lower part consists of two separate apartments, each with its own entrance. The first apartment consists of a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, and it opens onto a loggia with a beautiful view of the sea. The second apartment is located right next to it and has its own entrance, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, one bedroom, and a living room with access to a loggia facing the sea. Both apartments are already habitable and are currently used for tourist rental, allowing the future owner to continue the existing purpose. The upper floor is currently under construction and is intended as a spacious living area designed for comfortable living and enjoyment in the Mediterranean environment. It is planned to have two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, a storage room, a guest toilet, and a laundry room. This floor also includes a pool and a garden, creating a private space for relaxation and enjoyment. One of the most impressive parts of the house will be the large rooftop terrace with an open view of the sea, nearby islets, and the island of Lastovo. The spacious terrace will provide an ideal space for summer gatherings, outdoor dinners, morning coffee, or simply enjoying the view and Mediterranean ambiance. The house currently also has an existing garage located right next to the access road. The removal of the existing garage is planned to create a covered parking area for five vehicles, further enhancing the functionality of the property and ensuring enough parking space for owners and guests. The entire property is conceived with an emphasis on comfort, functionality, and maximum utilization of the seaside location. The combination of existing apartments, the upper floor under construction, the pool, the garden, the large rooftop terrace, and the planned covered parking offers the house very broad possibilities for use. The property provides the opportunity for pleasant living on Korčula, creating your own place for relaxation and enjoyment with family and friends, as well as continuing tourist rental. The existing apartments are already in operation, while the completion of the upper floor will provide additional living space with its own amenities and areas for enjoyment. Prižba is a place that captivates with its natural beauty, clean sea, peaceful coves, and views of the open Adriatic. It is in such a position that this house offers a beautiful blend of proximity to the sea, privacy, open views, and tourist potential.
