The sloped position offers the possibility of views of the sea, the Split Bay and the islands, with the marina and Strožanac beach, Žnjan and all of Split with Marjan visible, and the Mosor mountain in the background. Strožanac is one of the most sought-after parts of the Podstrana riviera. The beach, marina, restaurants and cafés are a few minutes’ walk away, and Split is within easy reach by car.
