Renovated two-bedroom apartment near the Archaeological Museum

We are proud to present a beautiful apartment in the very center of Pula, literally a few steps from the Twin Gates and the beautiful Arena of Pula. The facade of the building proudly displays the name of the famous Italian singer-songwriter and poet Sergio Endriga, born in Pula, who lived in Pula for the first years of his life and ran up the winding staircase of the building where this beautiful property is located. The 63 m2 apartment is located in an older, very neat, well-preserved and quiet building, on the 3rd floor of a total of four. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room connected to the kitchen and dining room, and a bathroom with a shower. The orientation of the apartment is east - west. The apartment was completely renovated in detail in 2024, when all installations were changed, new high-quality external three-layer PVC joinery was installed, which guarantees complete silence in the apartment regardless of external influences. New tiles and laminate have been installed on the floors, each room has an air conditioner for heating/cooling, and underfloor heating has been installed in the bathroom.
