Flat Rovinj, 59m2

Exclusive, only in the Dogma offer! In a prime location, in a stone house, just a hundred meters from the sea and the center of the old town, is this extremely attractive 52 m² apartment. The apartment is located on the third floor, which is why it offers a fantastic view of the sea and the roofs and facades of the old town houses. The house is well preserved and dates back to before 1900. There are only four apartments in the house that are condominiums. Impressive stone stairs lead to the entrance to the apartment, which consists of an entrance hall, utility room, one large bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining room. Excellently lit thanks to the good orientation, large windows and high ceilings. The apartment also includes a 7 m² room on the ground floor of the building that the owners have converted into a living room. The ground floor of the building is connected to an old cistern, access to which is only available to the tenants of this building. 1/1 ownership, condominium, reserve.
