Island of Krk, Vrh, building land with project - 2 houses

Two building plots are for sale in Vrh on the island of Krk, with a total area of 1,060 m2, which are being sold with completed projects for the construction of two detached residential houses, one of which with a pool. The plots are intended for residential construction, and the projects are already prepared, with applications submitted for building permits. They are located in a very attractive and peaceful position, close to shops and all necessary amenities in Vrh. Flat and partially filled, they are the last ones in the building zone, beyond which extends a green belt. This position ensures a beautiful, open, and panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and green valley, without the immediate possibility of future construction in front of the plots. From the upper floors of the house, a potential sea view could also be achieved. There is a road leading to the plots in reality, with a width that allows access, but it is currently not formally categorized as an unclassified road. The resolution of a new access road is awaited, or the design of an appropriate road, before the issuance of building permits. Due to its location, flat terrain, open view, proximity to amenities, and already completed projects, the land represents an interesting opportunity for an investor looking for a project ready for further development on the island of Krk. Dear clients, agency commission is charged in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
