Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump system with underfloor heating and air conditioning units, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year and excellent energy efficiency. The 388 m² garden has been designed for everyday enjoyment and relaxation. In the centre of the outdoor area there is a saltwater swimming pool equipped with an automatic electrolysis system. Around the pool there is space for sun loungers, an outdoor lounge area, and a large dining table perfect for gatherings and enjoying time outdoors. The property includes two private parking spaces, with the possibility of additional parking if required. The house has a south-west orientation, providing plenty of natural light throughout the day. The nearest beaches are approximately 10 minutes away by car, while shops, cafés, restaurants, and other everyday amenities are located nearby. Thanks to its quality construction, modern equipment, functional layout, and attractive location on the island of Krk, this property is suitable both as a family home and holiday residence, as well as an investment opportunity for tourist rentals, where it already provides stable rental income.
