Brac, old stone house for sale, 330.000 €

A unique property of an authentic Dalmatian stone house in an attractive location by the sea. Tastefully renovated house located in the old town center only 70 meters from the pebble beach. The property is located in a quiet environment, but at the same time close to all the amenities that the town has to offer. The property consists of a main two-story house and a separate one-bedroom apartment, which makes it ideal for family living, vacation or tourist rental. In the landscaped courtyard there are two covered outdoor areas for outdoor living. The main house has retained its authentic Dalmatian character thanks to the renovated stone walls and carefully restored details. On the ground floor there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms. A bathroom with shower is located on the mezzanine. The separate apartment has its own entrance and terrace and consists of a living room with dining room and kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. Thanks to its separation from the main house, it provides additional privacy and the possibility of separate use or tourist rental. In front of the house there is a private parking space suitable for a smaller car. Due to the narrow access street, it is recommended to use the free public parking lots along the coast, approximately 50 to 150 meters from the property. Main advantages of the property: • Traditional stone house completely renovated in Mediterranean style• Only 70 m from the beach• Quiet location in the old town• Main house and separate apartment• Potential for tourist rental or year-round living• Close to all amenities and the town center
